Our souvlaki dry spice can be used as a marinade or seasoning on all types of seafoods and meats prior to grilling. Use on Lamb, Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Seafood such as swordfish.
Cut the meat into cubes, sprinkle liberally with CY's Eclectic Souvlaki Seasoning, and place on skewers. Grill over medium heat until done (about 15-20 minutes). If you are using wooden skewers be sure to soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent them from catching on fire on the grill.
You can serve as either an appetizer, or an entree with rice, salad, and pita bread.
Souvlaki is also great on salads, vegetables, and pasta.
Ingredients:
Granulated Garlic, Kosher Salt, Dried Lemon Peel, Onion Powder, and Spices.
